FREE Thermometers by

We are thrilled to announce that all TK - 12th grade CCUSD families and staff are eligible to receive a free Kinsa digital thermometer that connects with the Kinsa app.  Please contact your School Nurse to obtain your free thermometer.

The distribution of thermometers is in an effort to provide tools that support individual and community wellness. Kinsa was originally utilized as a “FLUency program” to monitor the flu. Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, Kinsa began partnering with schools and programs to monitor symptoms. 

This program is not tied into the district's plans to return to school at this time. However, when we do return as a hybrid model, we hope that families continue to use the thermometers to support self screening guidelines for school entry and monitor community wellness.
